PLEASE READ BOOKING POLICY PRIOR TO BOOKING

By confirming this booking, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. It is the Clientโ€™s responsibility to inform any additional persons receiving services of these policies.

Booking Fee & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost is required to secure your appointment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the appointment.

Early Start & After-Hours Fees

  • A $50 surcharge applies for bookings outside business hours.
  • Bookings before 6 AM incur a fee of $40 per hour.

Late Arrival

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
  • Arrivals after 15 minutes will incur a $50 late fee added to the final balance.
  • If arrival exceeds 20 minutes late, the booking will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the Artist cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • To reschedule, notify us via email at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your deposit can be applied to one rescheduled appointment within 3 months.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

  • The Artist reserves the right to refuse service to clients who present infectious conditions or exhibit abusive or threatening behavior. Deposits will not be refunded in such cases.

Guests & Studio Policies

  • Notify us in advance if you plan to bring guests. Our studio is a female-friendly environment; male visitors may be denied access.
  • No children are permitted in the studio.

Preparation & Additional Services

  • Please arrive prepared, ideally with inspiration photos.
  • Any additional services MUST be requested at booking; last-minute requests may be declined.

Health & Safety

  • Inform us of any allergies or skin conditions before your appointment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

Photo & Video Release

  • Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use. Please notify us prior if you do NOT consent.

Service Satisfaction & Payment

  • Clients should communicate any concerns during the session.
  • Full payment is required upon service completion, regardless of dissatisfaction.
